'Great value for such a comfortable chalet'
We visited Bansko and the beautiful surrounding mountains in the summertime. The place is fairly quiet and not everything is open, but you do get to experience the charming old town without hustle and bustle, and the mountains were smothered in wildflowers and sunshine. The chalet is clean and comfortable and in a great location, an easy walk to the gondola and Pirin Street. Paul (the owner) is easily contactable, helpful and very friendly and for Claire (who takes care of guests in Paul's absence) nothing is too much trouble. She organised transport for us to a few sites, some a fair drive away, and saved us a fortune on the packaged tours sold in the town. Paul also organised our airport transfers and it could not have been smoother. In brief would I recommend staying? AbsolutelyBansko Resort

'Lovely duplex close to all amenities, but still very private'
The location is perfect. Within a couple of minutes walking distance from the main street with restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets and ski rental shops. Duplex design makes it very private, even for slightly larger families. Lovely fireplace, lots of windows, allowing the morning sun in on those chilly winter mornings. The owner responded to all our inquiries without fail and made us look forward to our first ever skiing holiday. He has a good support system in Bansko and as a team they ensured our complete satisfactionBansko Resort
